With a warm and compassionate approach, Christi creates a safe and nurturing environment where you can explore and navigate the challenges that life may bring.

Christi is a Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC) with a passion for integrating creativity into the therapeutic process. She firmly believes in the power of art-based interventions to unlock emotions, foster self-expression, and promote healing. Whether through painting, drawing, or other creative modalities, Christi invites you to tap into your inner world in unique and meaningful ways.

A devoted animal lover and guardian to two cats at home, she understands the profound connection between people and their furry friends. Inspired by this bond, Christi is currently undergoing training in animal-assisted therapy, recognizing the incredible healing potential that animals can bring to the therapeutic space.

With a specialization in working with adults facing issues such as anxiety and depression, Christi tailors her approach to meet the unique needs of each individual. Through a collaborative and client-centered process, she guides you towards building resilience, developing coping strategies, and fostering a deeper understanding of yourself. Fluent in both English and French, Christi embraces diversity and understands the importance of effective communication in the therapeutic relationship.

Christi's therapeutic style is characterized by empathy, active listening, and a genuine commitment to your well-being. She recognizes the courage it takes to embark on the path of self-discovery and personal growth and is here to support and accompany you every step of the way.
