At the core of her mission, Sabrina emphasizes the significance of establishing a foundation which is built on trust and collaboration, ensuring that you feel valued, heard, and supported.

Sabrina is dedicated to the belief that personal well-being is rooted in a foundation of safety, connection, and accessibility. Her goal is to create a space that is neurodiverse-affirming and safe. Employing empathy, humor, and collaboration, she brings her expertise to work with individuals, couples, and groups navigating challenges such as trauma, anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, substance use, grief, interpersonal relationship issues, and concurrent disorders. Their primary focus is to assist clients in nurturing every aspect of themselves—mind, body, and spirit—and equipping them with skills and strategies to uphold mental and emotional well-being.

During leisure time, Sabrina immerses herself in various art projects and books, cherishing moments with her two beloved dogs and partner, and finding solace in nature.

Sabrina takes joy in working with inclusively with individuals and groups of all ages and abilities, with an ongoing commitment to being 2SLGBTQIA+ affirming.
