Our Story
Since 2021, Northland Psychology has been providing inclusive, evidence-based therapy to clients in Calgary and virtually across the province of Alberta. Northland Psychology was created in response to an urgent need for specialized mental health support tailored to the unique challenges of the pandemic. Isolation, fear, uncertainty, and grief are just a few widespread issues affecting Albertan’s mental health. Northland Psychology is focused on providing inclusive, evidence-based therapies and helping folks foster resiliency in the face of unprecedented challenges.

Individual Therapy
Individual therapy is a confidential and collaborative mental health service in which an individual works one-on-one with a trained therapist, psychologist, or counselor to address a wide range of emotional, psychological, and behavioral challenges.
Trauma Therapy
Healing from posttraumatic stress and unresolved trauma is possible. If you are looking to process trauma as part of your therapeutic goals, we offer Evidenced-based treatments for PTSD and complex trauma inclduing:
Accelerated Resolution Therapy
Cognitive Processing Therapy
Prolonged Exposure.
Trauma Sensitive Yoga
